“Viajo y me comunico por mi ciudad“

Dear Monitos Parents,

This week we're talking about our theme, “Means of Communication.” These include such items as the telephone, radio, TV, and internet.

On Monday, we’ll start turning the classroom into a garage to have our pretend car show. We’ll walk by the school on Tuesday will discuss the various forms of print media, such as: newspapers, magazines, letters , books, etc.

Wednesday we’ll talk about radio and TV and Thursday we’ll address the mobile phone. Finally, on Friday, we will have a puppet show about Martin Luther King.

The children in Monitos class enjoyed singing the song "Medios de Transporte." Parents, please encourage your child to listen to this song at home too. It can be found on our Sff! CD.

Friendly Reminder:

•  Please check your child’s cubbies daily for dirty clothes, notes, and to see if your child needs extra clothes.
